I am a proud mother of three neurodivergent beautiful children. 

As the Manager of Mildura Disability Support, my mission is to provide support services that truly understand your needs.

I bring not only 18 years lived experience as a parent and advocate but also five years of professional experience working with people  with disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Education P-12 which is probably the reason I am so focussed on helping our clients build their indpedence through capacity building. 

With deep insight into autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, significant mental health issues, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with these conditions. This understanding is at the heart of everything we do at Mildura Disability Support.

We specialise in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, mental health issues, neurodivergence, and intellectual disabilities, and we are passionate about helping you or your loved ones thrive. 

Lachlan is a dedicated Peer & 

Disability Support Worker at Mildura Disability Support, bringing a unique and invaluable perspective through his lived experience with intellectual disabilities and autism. 

As an autistic person himself, Lachlan deeply understands the challenges faced by neurodivergent people and offers compassionate support tailored to their needs. 

His extensive training in the NDIS has equipped him with the knowledge and tools to advocate & work effectively for his clients, ensuring that their human rights are respected and upheld. 

Lachlan’s empathy, combined with his expertise, makes him an indispensable resource for individuals navigating the complexities of disability and neurodiversity. 

Lachlan aspires to be a role model for young autistics & neurodivergent people to help promote inclusivity and empowerment.

He has an NDIS screening check, Working With Children Check, has specific autism training and up to date first aid and CPR. 

Lachlan is a unique support worker and you not need to look further for someone who understands neurodivergent people better. 

Richard is a highly experienced Disability Support Worker with over nine years of dedicated service in the field. Richard specialises in working with neurodivergent individuals, bringing both expertise and compassion to his role.

With his easy-going nature, Richard will quickly become a favourite among clients, because he always ensures their needs are met with professionalism and care. 

He holds a Working with Children’s Check, First Aid certification, NDIS screening check, & police check, ensuring you or your loved ones are in capable hands.

Richard is super excited to be working with Mildura Disability Support and really makes a positive impact in our community. His passion for supporting people to live their best lives truly shines through in everything he does.

Sienna brings a wealth of experience from various roles in the disability and community services sector. With a Diploma of Community Services in progress and extensive hands-on experience, she is well-equipped to provide exceptional care and support.

Sienna has worked with individuals with diverse needs, including those with challenging behaviours and complex support requirements. Her previous roles highlight her deep commitment to empowering individuals to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Sienna is also certified in First Aid and CPR, has a Working with Children Check, and holds an NDIS Screening Check.

Her passion for helping others, combined with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, makes her a valuable asset to our team. 

 Zac is a young and energetic young man with a passion for fitness, soccer, footy, basketball, and everything outdoors, Zac is a perfect fit for our young clients who love staying active and enjoying athletic sessions. 

Zac comes equipped with his First Aid, Police Check, and Working with Children’s Check, ensuring our clients receive safe, top-quality care. 

He’s excited to be part of the Mildura Disability Support team and is dedicated to helping our clients live their best lives possible. 

 Meet Charlize, our dedicated disability support worker at Mildura Disability Support. 

With over three years of experience in aged and disability care, Charlize brings her skills and compassion to enhance the well-being of her clients. 

She holds an NDIS screening check, police check, first aid certification, and a Working with Children’s Check, ensuring top-quality support for every individual. 

Currently studying nursing, Charlize is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those with disabilities and vulnerable community members. 

 Colleen is an accomplished support worker with a robust and diverse background spanning over 20 years in disability support, education assistance, and client care. 

Colleen brings exceptional skills in client confidentiality, communication, time management, and a commitment to high-quality service. 

Her credentials include a Certificate IV in Disability Work and Aged Care, Mental Health First Aid, and Cultural Awareness Training. 

Colleen comes with all the NDIS training &  checks, WWCC, First Aid and police check. 

Known for her professionalism, self-motivation, and compassionate approach, Colleen is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. MDS are fortunate to have such an experienced and passionate advocate on board. 

Jess brings energy, peer support and experience to Mildura Disability Support, where her dedication to supporting individuals shines. 

She specialises in intellectual disabilities and just loves to help others. Jess's compassion and genuine care make her a popular choice with our client's. 

Jess has a Working With Children's Check, NDIS Screening Check, and first aid qualifications. 

Her background includes hands-on roles across various settings, from personal care to capacity building. 

We are really excited to leverage Jess's diverse experience to enrich the lives of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support tailored to their individual needs. 

Taleah is a dedicated and compassionate disability support worker with a Certificate IV in Disability Support and extensive experience delivering personalised care. Her empathetic approach and commitment to empowering individuals make her an integral part of the Mildura Disability Support team.

Ashli is a dedicated and professional disability support worker with years of experience fostering independence and well-being for individuals in her care. She is known for her reliability, transparency, and strong work ethic, excelling in both team environments and independent roles.

Ashli brings a wealth of skills to the Mildura Disability Support team, including:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience liaising with community services, coordinating appointments, and contributing to care plans.
