I am a proud mother of three neurodivergent beautiful children. 

As the Manager of Mildura Disability Support, my mission is to provide support services that truly understand your needs.

I bring not only 18 years lived experience as a parent and advocate but also five years of professional experience working with people with disabilities. I have a Bachelor of Education P-12 which is probably the reason I am so focused on helping our clients build their independence through capacity building. 

With deep insight into autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, significant mental health issues, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with these conditions. This understanding is at the heart of everything we do at Mildura Disability Support.

We specialise in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, mental health issues, neurodivergence, and intellectual disabilities, and we are passionate about helping you or your loved ones thrive. 

Richard is a highly experienced Disability Support Worker with over nine years of dedicated service in the field. Richard specialises in working with neurodivergent individuals, bringing both expertise and compassion to his role.

With his easy-going nature, Richard will quickly become a favourite among clients, because he always ensures their needs are met with professionalism and care. 

He holds a Working with Children’s Check, First Aid certification, NDIS screening check, & police check, ensuring you or your loved ones are in capable hands.

Richard is super excited to be working with Mildura Disability Support and really makes a positive impact in our community. His passion for supporting people to live their best lives truly shines through in everything he does.

Lachlan is a dedicated Peer & 

Disability Support Worker at Mildura Disability Support, bringing a unique and invaluable perspective through his lived experience with intellectual disabilities and autism. 

As an autistic person himself, Lachlan deeply understands the challenges faced by neurodivergent people and offers compassionate support tailored to their needs. 

His extensive training in the NDIS has equipped him with the knowledge and tools to advocate & work effectively for his clients, ensuring that their human rights are respected and upheld. 

Lachlan’s empathy, combined with his expertise, makes him an indispensable resource for individuals navigating the complexities of disability and neurodiversity. 

Lachlan aspires to be a role model for young autistics & neurodivergent people to help promote inclusivity and empowerment.

He has an NDIS screening check, Working With Children Check, has specific autism training and up to date first aid and CPR. 

Lachlan is a unique support worker and you not need to look further for someone who understands neurodivergent people better. 

 Zac is a young and energetic young man with a passion for fitness, soccer, footy, basketball, and everything outdoors, Zac is a perfect fit for our young clients who love staying active and enjoying athletic sessions. 

Zac comes equipped with his First Aid, Police Check, and Working with Children’s Check, ensuring our clients receive safe, top-quality care. 

He’s excited to be part of the Mildura Disability Support team and is dedicated to helping our clients live their best lives possible. 

 Taleah is a dedicated and compassionate disability support worker with a Certificate IV in Disability Support and extensive experience delivering personalised care. Her empathetic approach and commitment to empowering individuals make her an integral part of the Mildura Disability Support team.

 Paige is a compassionate and dedicated support worker who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. 

She holds a Working with Children’s Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check and has completed NDIS training, equipping her with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support.

Paige has valuable lived experience supporting children with Level 3 autism and individuals with mental health challenges. 

She is also well-versed in providing personalised care to meet the unique needs of each client. 

Paige is a trustworthy, energetic, and smart support worker whose passion lies in helping others in sleepovers, personal care or out in the community. 

Her friendly and empathetic nature ensures she creates a safe and supportive environment for all those she assists.

  Daniel is a disability support worker who upholds high quality and standards in his role, with three years of experience supporting individuals with severe physical and neuro disabilities. 

He holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children’s Check, a Police Check, and current First Aid certification. In addition, Daniel has completed comprehensive NDIS worker training, ensuring he is well-equipped to provide exceptional care.

Daniel has extensive experience working with both male and female clients, as well as those with mental health challenges. He is highly skilled in supporting clients with challenging behaviours, including those who may be aggressive or violent, ensuring safety, respect, and positive outcomes for all involved.

Specialising in personal care, community access, capacity building, and assistance with daily living, 

Daniel is committed to empowering clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. With a strong focus on personalised support, Daniel brings professionalism and a client-centred approach to every interaction.

  Chloe is an extremely caring disability support worker who thrives on making a difference in the lives of the people she supports. 

Currently studying to become a nurse, Chloe brings an empathetic approach and a forward-thinking mindset to her role. 

She excels at building meaningful connections, particularly with children on the autism spectrum, and is dedicated to fostering their growth and independence through tailored, compassionate care.

Chloe has all the NDIS checks and is happy to do overnight respite with our clients. 

Chloe’s journey into disability support is driven by her desire to empower individuals to achieve their personal goals. Her hands-on experience across healthcare and customer service has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, a calm demeanour under pressure, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Known for her warm and inclusive nature, Chloe is deeply committed to creating safe and supportive environments for children and adults alike. 

Genie is a dedicated and caring Disability Support Worker committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with disabilities. With a Diploma in Community Services, Certificate IV in Disability, First Aid certification, and extensive hands-on experience, Genie brings both professional expertise and a caring approach to every client she supports.

Genie is passionate about empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals. She excels in providing tailored support, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and skill development. 

Her approach focuses on fostering independence whilst encouraging social and recreational participation, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.

With a background in managing clients with complex care needs and challenging behaviours, Genie is equipped to handle a diverse range of support requirements. Her strengths lie in building trust, advocating for client rights, and collaborating with team members to create individualised support plans.

Jo is a skilled and empathetic disability support worker with a Certificate IV in Individual Support and over four years of experience supporting aged care and disability clients. 

With extensive expertise in personal care and a strong understanding of mental health issues, Jo delivers thoughtful, individualised assistance to ensure each client feels valued and well-supported.

Jo is fully qualified, holding certifications in First Aid and CPR, as well as an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, Police Check, and NDIS training. 

These credentials highlight Jo’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism in every aspect of her work.

  Remi is a compassionate and dedicated disability support worker with a passion for helping others. She is currently studying nursing at Latrobe Mildura and holds a Certificate III in Allied Health. 

Remi has gained valuable experience working across aged care, hospitals, and community health settings, developing a deep understanding of patient care, wellbeing, and support services.

Remi is fully qualified with an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR Certification, and NDIS Training. 

Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for others, Remi is committed to supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. She is ready to bring her skills, empathy, and nursing knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of NDIS participants.

Remi is passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives and helping them be the best they can be.  

 Bella is a motivated and compassionate support worker with a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others. 

She holds a Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid Certification, and has completed NDIS Worker Orientation Training.

Bella is currently studying Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support, building her skills to better assist individuals with diverse needs. 

Her experience in customer service has equipped her with excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Bella is dedicated to supporting individuals to reach their goals and help them live their best lives.

 Tennille is a compassionate and highly skilled disability support worker with over 5 years of experience in aged care and disability support. 

She holds a Certificate IV in Individual Support, along with First Aid Certification, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check, ensuring she delivers safe, professional, and person-centered care.

Tennille is known for her caring and understanding nature, forming strong connections with clients while supporting them to live independently and achieve their goals. Her extensive experience and genuine dedication make her a trusted and valued member of the support team.

Tennille is available to support our MDS clients and is passionate about making a positive difference in their lives.

  John is one of our dedicated team members at Mildura Disability Support. John is a genuinely caring, reliable, and trustworthy support worker, holding a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid certification. 

He’s fully equipped to deliver personalised support—including personal care services—that truly respects your privacy and individuality.

John’s passion really comes to life when working with kids; he loves getting them out of the house, off screens, and into the great outdoors. 

With his warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills, he easily connects with people from all walks of life, making him a client favourite.
