With deep insight into autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with these conditions. This understanding is at the heart of everything we do at Mildura Disability Support.
We specialise in supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, and we are passionate about helping you or your loved ones thrive.
With over 10 years of experience in the disability and aged care industry, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role at Mildura Disability Support.
She holds a Certificate IV in Aged Care Support, alongside up-to-date police checks, first aid, and CPR certifications, ensuring the highest standard of care for her client

Toni’s journey in the disability sector began 34 years ago when her brother John was born with Down syndrome, giving her a deep, personal understanding of the challenges and joys that come with supporting someone with a disability.
With lived experience and decades of work in the industry, Toni is highly qualified, holding a Working with Children’s Check, an NDIS screening check, and a wealth of other certifications including:
Diploma of Disability, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Mental Health First Aid, Certification in Person Centred Planning, Cert in Motivational Interviewing, Cert in AOD, Cert in ABI and family sensitive practice, Cert prevention and Management of Agression, Master Kidz Coach, and Graduate of Northern Mallee Leaders 2022.
Toni is truly passionate about helping our clients live their best lives and is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge and care to our team.

As a qualified personal trainer with a passion for fitness, he excels in promoting physical well-being among those he supports.
Ollie holds a current first aid certification and a Working with Children’s Check, and is currently expanding his skills by studying a Learning Support Certificate IV.
He is bright, happy, reliable and an excellent role model for your neurodivergent little ones. Ollis is also keen to support teenagers and young adults.
In addition to his role with us, Ollie also works at Bright Futures, where he supports kids with disabilities. His commitment to helping others shines through in everything he does.
