Rosy holds a Certificate III in Disability, a Certificate III in Individual Support, and a Certificate III in Aged Care. She is also currently studying her Certificate IV in Disability to further expand her skills and knowledge. In addition, she is trained in First Aid, CPR, manual handling, medication administration, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar monitoring, dementia care, and personal care support.
Rosy has extensive experience assisting people with personal care, daily living tasks, community access, appointments, shopping, social activities, and maintaining independence in their own homes. She is known for her warm nature, reliability, and ability to build genuine connections with the people she supports and their families.

With more than 18 years of experience supporting older Australians and people living with disabilities, she brings a calm, reassuring presence and a genuine passion for helping people maintain their independence and quality of life.
Tracey holds a Certificate III in Aged Care and has extensive experience working in residential aged care, community support, dementia care, palliative care, and disability support. She is highly trained in medication assistance, infection control, continence management, manual handling, stoma care, catheter care, dysphagia support, vital signs monitoring, First Aid and CPR. She also holds current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Checks.
Known for her sense of humour and friendly personality, Tracey enjoys building meaningful relationships with the people she supports. She believes in encouraging people to make their own choices, celebrating their achievements, and providing support in a way that promotes confidence, dignity and independence.

After a long career working in leadership, customer service and community-focused roles, he chose to transition into disability support because he wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Known for his friendly nature, patience and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Don is passionate about supporting participants to build confidence, develop independence and achieve their personal goals. He believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and takes the time to build genuine relationships based on trust, understanding and encouragement.
Don is studying a Certificate in Disability Support, has a current NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, First Aid qualifications and Mental Health First Aid training. He also brings valuable lived experience supporting family members through disability, rehabilitation and ageing-related challenges, giving him a practical understanding of the importance of quality support and community inclusion.
Outside of work, Don enjoys music and performing in the local community. His positive outlook, calm approach and genuine care for others make him a valued member of the Mildura Disability Support Services team.
