We are more than just another provider. We are a team with heart, offering innovative programs that meet people where they are. Our sessions are structured, supportive and led by qualified staff who understand the importance of both social engagement and personal development.

Some of our current day programs include:
• Gaming Club – A relaxed social program perfect for younger participants looking to connect through shared interests in a low-pressure setting
• Fit Ability – A health-focused program where participants work on fitness goals in a safe and supportive group
• Trek Ability – Outdoor adventures exploring Sunraysia’s walking trails, promoting movement, wellbeing and connection with nature
• Cook Ability – Hands-on cooking sessions that build real-world skills for independence and healthy living
• Bowl Ability – A social bowling group that supports emotional regulation, communication and relationship-building through shared activities
