With 18 years of lived experience as a parent and advocate, and over five years of professional experience working directly with people with disabilities, Narelle brings a wealth of insight and compassion to her role. She also studied a Bachelor of Education (P-12), which has shaped her strong focus on helping clients build their independence through capacity-building programs.
Narelle has extensive knowledge and personal insight into autism, ADHD, epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, and complex mental health challenges. This lived experience forms the foundation of the person-centred approach she brings to every service the Mildura Disability Support team offers.

Her qualifications extend to occasional counselling, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), mental health, ADHD coaching and neuro-linguistic programming. Toni is also a certified play therapy practitioner and intergenerational practitioner, allowing her to bring creativity and emotional intelligence into her approach with individuals of all ages.
Toni is passionate about building strong, inclusive communities and empowering people to live with purpose and independence.
